Stark Labs is a one-person engineering lab in Belgrade, run by Mihajlo Lazarević. Around two decades across offensive security, FinTech infrastructure and systems architecture, a workshop that can make almost anything, and AI agents that do the boring parts.

2026	Haxboard	Split ortholinear keyboard for Android that behaves like a PC keyboard, with on-device dictation and English and Serbian spell check. No Internet permission.
2026	Facemaker	Camera toy for kids: face warps, stickers and voice effects, local only.
2026	Bench Buddy	AI copilot for board-level electronics repair: sees the board through the microscope, marks probe points on the live view, reads the meter and logs every measurement.
